Research institutions

Recruit a cohort. Hold its adherence. Collect and analyse without friction.

Oltair is an instrument for research institutions: recruitment by code or link, consent signed with Bank iD, instruments participants complete because they can answer by speaking, passive acquisition in between, and a protocol-scoped dataset at the end.

Medical-research standardsInformed consent, the person held apart from the data, aggregation before anything is released. The platform makes acquisition continuous, interactive and easy to stay with; it does not relax the standard.
Recruitment

A code, a link, or a QR on a leaflet

Each study gets its own entry. A participant enters a study code after sign-up — or arrives through a partner link — and is bound to that study, nothing else.

Consent

Signed with Bank iD, kept as evidence

Identity verified through the participant's own bank; the study consent signed the same way and kept with a qualified timestamp. Withdrawal is a state of the record, not an e-mail.

Adherence

Participants stay because it is easy to stay

Items answered by speaking, an item explained when it is not understood, passive acquisition that needs no action, and a check-in rhythm that fits the week. Adherence is designed in, not chased.

Instruments

A 185-item intake instrument, in modules, over time

Sleep, home and daylight, movement, nutrition, mood — plus new modules specified with partners for movement and strength, and for thinking and memory. Responses resume across devices.

Measurements

Tests, devices, labs and genetics in the same record

Cognitive tests and wearable streams in the platform now; laboratory and genetic panels joining the record as study partners are integrated — all against one pseudonymous identity.

Analysis and export

A clean dataset per study, aggregated as the protocol requires

Pseudonymised export scoped to the study — instrument tables, test results, device summaries — in the formats your analysts already use. Aggregated results are published or destroyed as the protocol requires.

A study should not need its own app. It needs recruitment, consent, instruments, a record and an export — with the person held apart from the data throughout.
